Hey there!

Hi, I'm Matthew Weiner! I can be seen below navigating my way through some jazz improvisation, but I spend most of my days solving tough problems.

• I'm the founder-slash-everything-else at Handcrafted, a two-sided, wholesale marketplace for the bowed instrument trade
• I'm the lead developer for leading yoga e-learning platform DoYogaWithMe
• I've been a Drupal developer for over a decade, and maintain several modules on drupal.org
• I founded and developed a music teaching studio management platform called CodaCal, which I've since closed down.

I've been playing violin for just about 25 years (which is honestly crazy to say) and building websites for over a decade. I also play guitar, piano and sing+write original songs and music. I played professionally for years, doing everything from touring and recording to casinos and business luncheons. I also helped to start and run a performing arts non-profit that was focused on helping to empower the local arts community, putting on productions from coffee shops to 1000+ seat auditoriums.

Things like customer confusion and bad design (visual, technical, or otherwise) literally keep me up at night. Are you the same way? If the answer is yes then I'll probably fit right in with ya. 🙂
